Just Gone

An AI web app that removes clutter from property listing photos in a few clicks, built for Singapore property agents. Agents select what they want gone, and the app handles the rest.

  • Spotted the problem: cluttered listing photos, and agents with no time to fix them
  • Designed and built the product myself with AI coding tools

I built and support the adoption and governance approach: an AI champion network, stakeholder engagement across business units, knowledge-sharing sessions, and strategic reporting and presentations to the SEA Group President and senior management.

Internal agentic-AI platform

A platform that lets non-technical employees build their own AI solutions. I lead product work end to end: scoping, development and integration into existing workflows, so teams use it in their day-to-day work rather than as a side tool. I also advise senior stakeholders on where AI can, and can't, deliver.

Hardware, electronics and algorithms. It's why I can talk to engineers as well as executives, and judge what's technically realistic.

OSCAR: autonomous outdoor cleaning robot

Designed the cleaning mechanism and electrical systems, and integrated embedded software with ROS, in a seven-person team working with LionsBot.
